The German Design Award is once again a cause for celebration for us. After this year’s recognition at the prestigious design award, several of our projects are again among the winners in 2024. With the MTU Communication Centre, the student residence in Reutlingen and the flats for Havens Living, three of our projects have been selected as winners. Additionally, the international jury also awarded a Special Mention to the new office environment for Art-Invest Real Estate in Düsseldorf’s Kö-Bogen.

The MTU Communication Centre was singled out as a winner in the Interior Architecture category for its overarching spatial concept. In the opinion of the jury, this concept “follows a contemporary, functional design style, with contrasting shapes, friendly colours and high-quality materials that create a sympathetically modern and lively effect”. A German Design Award is also conferred on the student residence in Reutlingen with 182 flats and communal areas. According to the jury, the design of these areas “in its entirety creates a pleasant atmosphere and promotes social interaction and communication among the students”. The four interior concepts for the apartments of Havens Living in Hamburg were also awarded in the Interior Architecture category. The friendly, modern furnishings and well thought-out functionality are particularly highlighted by the jury: “The fact that you can choose from different furnishing styles is remarkable and provides even more individuality in living.”

The award show and exhibition will take place in January 2024. All winning projects are already presented in the German Design Award online gallery.
