As the year comes to a close, we are delighted to receive an exceptional award: our project, the Student Residence in Reutlingen, has been included among the finalists in the Best of Year Award by the international trade magazine Interior Design. The Best of Year Award has been honouring outstanding achievements in every design category for 18 years. This prestigious award recognises the most significant international projects of the year, as well as designers, architects and manufacturers from around the world.

The Student Residence, which we designed based on the idea of a shared apartment, was distinguished as an Honoree in the Higher Education category. In the dormitory with 182 rooms, spacious communal areas facilitate lively exchanges among the residents. Each of these open spaces has a personal touch to create a comfortable atmosphere. The jury of the Best of Year Award was impressed by this community-promoting atmosphere and inviting interior design. The winners were announced by Cindy Allen, editor-in-chief of the Interior Design magazine, at the award ceremony on December 7th in Manhattan.
