brandherm + krumrey is represented twice in the new yearbook “Die schönsten Restaurants & Bars”. The current compendium shows outstanding gastronomic interior design concepts in German-speaking countries. Together with the bdia Bund Deutscher Innenarchitekten (Association of German Interior Designers) and the Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (German Hotel and Restaurant Association), Callwey Verlag has selected exceptional projects for the award. With the redesigned canteen for Coroplast as well as the bar and eatery in the Design Offices Köln Gereon, brandherm+krumrey had two projects included in the yearbook. Coroplast’s company restaurant is presented as a “canteen with taste”, with special emphasis on its homely and communicative ambience. The volume also attests to the homely atmosphere of the interior design of the Cologne Design Offices. The striking décor reminds the authors of a Milanese espresso bar. The yearbook is published by Callwey Verlag.
