The work culture is changing, as are the requirements for office design. What do work environments that meet people’s diverse needs while promoting innovation, efficiency and well-being look like?

As part of Design Nation Berlin 2025, Women in Office Design Germany (WOD) is hosting a panel discussion examining these questions from a female perspective. Entitled ‘Impact of Women in Office Design – One Talk, Four Perspectives’, the discussion will feature leading experts from the fields of interior design, architecture and communication, who will share their experiences, challenges and visions. Participants include Ester Bruzkus (bruzkusgreenberg) Gabriela Hauser (bdia/buerohauser), Barbara Hickl (Barbara Hickl.COMMUNICATIONS) and Marilena Abt (JELLYSPACE). The discussion will be moderated by Susanne Brandherm, co-founder of b-k-i, who is also one of the initiators of WOD Germany alongside Lisa Bräutigam (nuwo) and Bernadette Trepte (Real Communications).
