These questions will be addressed in the ‘Impact of Women in Office Design – Recipe for Success #FemaleLeadership’ panel discussion, organised by Women in Office Design Germany (WOD) as part of IDD Cologne 2025.

The founders of WOD Germany – Susanne Brandherm (b-k-i), Lisa Bräutigam (nuwo) and Bernadette Trepte (Real Communications) – invite you to an inspiring noon featuring keynote speeches, a panel discussion and networking lunch.

Among the speakers are Monika Lepel (LEPEL & LEPEL), Martina Rahmfeld (architect & New Work Advisor), Meike Harde (Studio Meike Harde) and Dick Spierenburg (Spierenburg Studio, Creative Director @iddcologne). The panel will be moderated by Johanna Neves Pimenta, editor-in-chief of md magazine.
