We are proud to have received another award at the “Best Workspaces Award”. This year, two of our projects were selected for the International Architecture Award for Intelligent Work Environments. Following last year’s recognition for the TWT Digital Group headquarters, the LIST Group headquarters in Nordhorn and Bielefeld as well as Birkenstock’s Cologne headquarters are now being honored. An independent jury of experts judged the submissions for internationally pioneering work environment concepts.

Where employees feel comfortable, they enjoy working together and identify with their place of work. It was precisely this aspect that convinced the jury about the office buildings of the LIST Group, which, along with four other projects among the 50 selected submissions, received special recognition. In cooperation with the office RKW Architektur +, which designed the hangar-shaped buildings, we created an interior design that is as stimulating as it is flexible. Multifunctional system furniture and an intelligent room layout allow for different modes of use. The headquarters of the international fashion label Birkenstock also benefits from an inspiring atmosphere. In two historic warehouses of the Rheinauhafen in Cologne, we have created individual areas for different offers. Incorporating the impressive groined vaults, a modern work environment with showrooms was created.

A compendium with all the selected projects will be published by Callwey Verlag to accompany the “Best Workspaces 2023” award.
