We are pleased to announce an exceptional publication in the current yearbook Architecture in Hamburg 2022/23. Our office is honored in it with its own portrait. The recently published yearbook presents the most important new buildings in the Hanseatic city and exciting architectural firms in each issue. Since usually only architects are portrayed, we feel especially honored with the publication. In eight pages, renowned journalist and curator Dirk Meyhöfer describes our design work, pointing to the increasing intersection of architecture and interior design.

“Timelessly on the cutting edge” is how Dirk Meyhöfer titled our portrait. At our office locations in Cologne and Hamburg, he presents some projects such as the Birkenstock headquarters in Rheinauhafen or the blood donor room on the campus of the University of Hamburg. The creative transformation of the existing seems to him just as remarkable as the joy of forms, materials and space. His conclusion: “You can feel this joy and sensuality in all their interiors, whether residential, factory, loft or office floor.” The Yearbook Architecture in Hamburg 2022/23 has been published by Junius Verlag and is now available in bookstores.
