The HVNS brand offers temporary furnished apartment houses for the target group of young professionals. What makes it special is a high-quality mix of private and public spaces, individual and communal areas. The first German location in Hamburg’s Stresemannquartier was also to reflect this brand philosophy. For the common rooms in the temporary home, brandherm + krumrey therefore created an interior design that was as homely as it was stimulating. Even the entrance area of the Hamburg branch welcomes with an elegant living ambience that highlights the brand essence of HVNS. The lobby with back office and coffee table conveys relaxed understatement with designer furniture and high-quality details. The room is divided by a half-timbered structure of narrow wooden beams on the ceiling and walls, which also form small shelving niches. The other areas for the community on the 6th floor are designed as a linear sequence of rooms. The overarching color concept with rich blue tones changing from dark to light has a unifying effect here. The Library, Club Lounge and Cookery are thus colorfully accented as separate areas for individual use or shared activities. A personal atmosphere is created by green plants, upholstered chairs and other furnishing objects. A rooftop terrace with garden furniture and herb bed as well as a bright red fitness room round out the range of public spaces that make living at Hamburg HVNS a special experience.
