HAVENS LIVING Main Volta

Elegant temporary home

HAVENS LIVING offers fully furnished apartments for temporary living in the city. One of the provider’s most recent locations was opened in Frankfurt-Bockenheim. Micro and co-living apartments in the upmarket segment for medium-term rental periods have been created in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair and banking district. The meeting and communal areas were designed by brandherm + krumrey with a high-quality design concept that will serve as a model for other locations.

A former office and residential building was revitalized for the 154 new apartments, which range in size from 22 to 110 square metres. The 14 floor plan types on offer range from one-room apartments to three-room apartments. All are equipped with a shower room, kitchen, fitted wardrobes, bed and comfortable seating. To give the impression of open space, the living and sleeping areas in some apartments are divided by elegant glass partitions. There are three styles to suit different interior preferences: The colourful and creative “Artist” design style, the calm and restrained “Zen” ambience and the classically elegant “Tech” style variant. Various elements such as picture and coat hooks, shelves or even a TV set can be hung on specially developed “functional rails”. This allows the furnishings to be replaced quickly if there is a change of tenant.

In addition to the apartments, tenants have space for personal encounters. A large community area on the first floor with a comfortable communal kitchen and bar invites people to get together in a relaxed atmosphere. Freely arranged tables, coworking spaces and various lounge areas offer a range of options for spending time together. Additional seating is available in the newly designed inner courtyard. A flexible conference area, a gym and a laundry as well as the roof terrace with spectacular views of the Frankfurt skyline complete the offer. The open design of these communal areas has a homely feel and encourages communication. A timeless, classic colour and material concept underlines the urban atmosphere in the house. Warm and muted tones harmonize with walnut, marble, vibrant wall tiles and brass details. This contrasts with the rather rough concrete surfaces of the ceilings with open installations and delicate room dividers made of steel and glass. The overall impression is one of casual elegance with the feeling of a communal home.
