The Design Offices Dominium, whose office space was designed by brandherm + krumrey as an inspiring working landscape, are located in the center of Cologne. Within walking distance of the cathedral, flexible workplaces can be found here – from coworking space and offices for small teams to large project spaces and modern conference rooms. The building ensemble in the heart of the city offers over 9,000 square meters of workspace on nine floors. For the design of the interiors, the name of the Design Offices was the program. Throughout the building, high-quality office furniture and a sophisticated lighting and acoustic concept create a working atmosphere that is both inviting and pleasant. The ambience is broken up with individual lounge groups or terrace-like seating landscapes, which are available for breaks or informal networking. The landscaped courtyard and various roof terraces complete the New Work feeling. For special events, the conference area on the first floor can also be transformed into an impressive event space.
