Following this year’s prize at the German Design Awards, we have another reason to celebrate: two of our projects are among the winners in the 2025 edition. The Barista Bar and company restaurant at the German headquarters of Danfoss, and the canteen for REWE West received the ‘Winner’ label. The international jury thus honoured two gastronomic concepts that stimulate and promote exchange and cooperation in the corporate environment.

The Barista Bar with company restaurant for Danfoss was honoured for its communicative spatial concept in the Interior Architecture category. Two open-plan areas with an inviting ambience were created at the German headquarters of the technology provider for short coffee breaks, sharing ideas or working on a laptop. The canteen at the REWE West headquarters in Hürth near Cologne received the German Design Award for a similarly communicative approach. Following the modernisation, a catering area was created that can be used not only for culinary offerings, but also for meetings, co-working and events. The new ‘REWE Casino’ invites people to socialise and relax or work together.

The Award Show and exhibition will take place in February 2025. All winning projects will soon be presented in the online gallery of the German Design Award.
