For an apartment on the Rhine, brandherm + krumrey created an interior design that shows off the special location on the river. In close coordination with the client, a high-quality ambience was created with a reduced material and color concept. The basic structures and floor coverings of the apartment should be preserved during its redesign. The living design created by brandherm + krumrey was therefore fitted into the existing spatial structure. White, anthracite and other muted shades dominate the clean yet inviting interior. The existing natural wood floor fits in beautifully here. Selected furniture design, lighting fixtures and artwork on the walls set homely accents and underline the high-quality overall impression. As a recurring element, dark stained wood paneling with attached slats adds depth and texture to the rooms. Everything is in harmony with the calm yet exciting design concept, in the context of which the extensive views of the Rhine are even more impressive.
