The Bülow Carré is located in Stuttgart’s city centre, between Schlossplatz and the main railway station. Here, the Design Offices Stuttgart Mitte, which have been designed by brandherm + krumrey, occupy an area of about 3,000 square metres – a flexible office landscape for modern forms of working.
Natural and high-quality materials such as linoleum, concrete or wood create a pleasant contrast to the building’s steel and glass architecture. High-quality furniture characterises the offices and coworking areas, which can be rented temporarily or long-term for various forms of work. In the event area and the eatery, a wooden structure specifically designed for the location counteracts the rather strict cubature of the office building. As an abstract alienation of a leafy forest, it forms a beautiful backdrop for events and a relaxed get-together.
