In a recent interview, Sabine Krumrey talks about neighborhoods in temporary housing concepts on the community platform Apartment. Among other things, this involves striking a balance between common meeting places and opportunities for individual residents to retreat. For co-living providers such as THE FIZZ and HVNS, we have been dealing with such requirements for a long time and also in current projects.<\/p>\n

The starting point of the interview is the question of spatial offerings that promote a vibrant community. Sabine Krumrey describes not only how to create a comfortable environment for all residents, but also how to turn residential units into a retreat. Also discussed is the importance of temporary housing concepts since the Corona pandemic.
