“Living where you like to work” is the title of the current talk by sovereignty coach Theo Bergauer. In his podcast, the renowned coach talks to Susanne Brandherm about her projects and the workplace of the future. It’s about the challenges of transforming office space into living space, dealing with building owners, and the demands and reality of the construction site. It also provides an insight into the many enriching activities of Susanne Brandherm and Sabine Krumrey outside the office.<\/p>\n

In the podcast and his Talks, Theo Bergauer talks to people about their stories and the moments when they were particularly confident. Susanne Brandherm talks about her experience in planning large office projects, but also about New Work and the future of the office: “Employers of course now have to do and offer much, much more to get employees out of the home office and back to their base.” She talks about how the office can provide a wellness base, what will change in the workplace, and how spaces can make employers more attractive and credible.<\/p>\n
