For example, ART Invest&#8217;s office project in D\u00fcsseldorf was twice awarded the &#8220;Winner&#8221; label in this year&#8217;s architecture and design competition. With the Iconic Awards, the German Design Council honors visionary objects from all areas of architecture.<\/p>\n<p>The award-winning headquarters of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.b-k-i.de\/project\/twt-digital-group-gmbh\/\">TWT Digital Group<\/a> is located in an old Art-Invest Real Estate building from the 1990s that was revitalized by ABW Architekten. The interior design we developed reflects the vitality and creativity of the agency. For the more than 2,700 square meters of office space, we designed a flexible office landscape with a high quality of stay. Thanks to a modular room system, the individual areas can be used multifunctionally. For example, the reception area designed as a welcome area can also be transformed into a multifaceted event space for customers and employees. Quiet work, on the other hand, is possible in telephone and video boxes. Common spaces such as a &#8220;Living Kitchen&#8221; with an adjoining roof terrace invite meetings and informal exchanges.
