Focused Design: Project Study for a Hotel
An internationally operating camera manufacturer commissioned us with a project study for an identity-generating design. When developing the study for a hotel design, the visual experience of the corporate values was our main focus. Emotion, history, background and future become visible and tangible as style-forming elements. The geometries used are based on the design vocabulary of the manufacturer’s products. In addition, lines of sight convey the feeling of focusing and discovering. The impression of successive small waves of light and shadow is supported by a sophisticated lighting concept and reflections. The result is an overall picture as an expression of the corporate philosophy.
