Living as an experience
The HVNS brand offers buildings with furnished apartments as temporary accommodation for the target group of young professionals. The special feature of the buildings is a high-quality mix of private and public spaces, individual and communal areas. The first German property in Hamburg’s Stresemann Quarter had to reflect this brand philosophy. For the common rooms in the temporary home, brandherm + krumrey therefore created an interior design that is as homely as it is stimulating.
The entrance area of the building in Hamburg already welcomes residents and guests with an elegant living ambience that emphasises the brand essence of HVNS. The lobby with back office and coffee corner features designer furniture and high-quality details to convey a relaxed understatement. The room is partitioned by a framework-like structure of narrow wooden beams on the ceiling and walls, which simultaneously form small shelving niches. The other communal areas on the 6th floor are designed as a linear sequence of rooms. The overarching colour concept with rich blue shades changing from dark to light has a unifying effect. The library, the club lounge and the cookery are thus accentuated by colour as separate areas for individual use or joint activities. Foliage plants, upholstered armchairs and other pieces of furniture create a personal ambience. A roof terrace with garden furniture and herb bed as well as a bright red fitness room round off the range of public spaces that make living in the Hamburg HVNS a special experience.
