Customised Networking
In the middle of Berlin, a new office building provides a special infrastructure for companies working in the healthcare sector. With its modern office environment, the Helix Hub enables diverse forms of cooperation. For the interior fit-out, brandherm + krumrey implemented tailor-made spatial concepts. Open workspaces alternate with homely areas for informal exchange and places for focused individual work. An ambience with high-quality material accents creates an ideal environment for agile ways of working in the spirit of New Work.
In the interior, a modern office world for co-workers from the predominantly legal consulting field of healthcare and life sciences was created on approx. 3,500 square metres. Flexible floor plans make it possible to use the rooms individually and adapt them to changes. To encourage innovation, agile forms of cooperation are made possible at the Helix Hub. The mixture of work situations is correspondingly varied, starting in the spacious entrance area, which is both a reception area and coworking space. As an eye-catcher, the Helix as a long-curved light sculpture dominates the inviting foyer. The themes of arrival, stay, work and coffee point are brought together under the lighting object and successively structure the open-plan space.
