Design for a new corporate culture
Enomyc GmbH is one of the leading consultancies for medium-sized companies in Germany. After the company’s successful rebranding, the new corporate culture was also to be expressed in its Hamburg headquarters extending over two levels. brandherm + krumrey designed a versatile office environment for collaborative and focused work with an open, feel-good atmosphere.
The Enomyc headquarters is located in a new building, completed in 2019 by KPW Architekten, that presents itself confidently on Hamburg’s Neuer Wall, an upmarket commercial street in the city centre. The interior design responds to the high-quality architecture with a special level of detailing. To visually connect the two levels occupied by Enomyc, a uniform look was developed for all office areas. Shapes, colours and materials follow the functional requirements of the modern working environment and at the same time create an open and inviting ambience. Rounded furniture in warm wood shades, colourful upholstered chairs and design objects, such as a lighting strip meandering through the corridor, serve as eye-catchers. Numerous large glass areas ensure transparency and stand for openness and togetherness. This applies to the reception and conference areas as much as to the individual office of the managing partner. Small telephone and meeting rooms are available as places of retreat. The heart of the new office world is the kitchen with its homely design. It serves as a meeting point for all employees and invites people not only to take breaks, but also to engage in casual meetings and lively exchanges — in keeping with the new corporate culture.
