New Work

The office environment designed by brandherm + krumrey for the Heidelberg-based project and property developer Deutsche Wohnwerte GmbH sets new standards. The office concept in the new “Colours” Building designed by Eike Becker Architekten realises the New Work vision of connected and flexible work. Everyone can work anywhere in the office and spontaneously exchange ideas with others.

The company has had its new office space implemented with a high demand on quality, consistency, and reliability. A wood-clad wall unit stands for these values and connects the open-plan office areas as a central design element. It accommodates not only places of retreat, but also common rooms such as tea kitchens or the library. Working quietly and confidential conversations are just as possible as a spontaneous exchange. The staff restaurant with high-quality cuisine and sophisticated interior design also contributes to the pleasant working environment. Here, joint cooking events and internal meetings take place.
