The Mediapark in Cologne is a popular meeting place for the media industry. Since 2019, the coworking provider Design Offices has been operating a branch designed by brandherm + krumrey at this central location. The new working environment is characterised by maximum flexibility and is thus exemplary for a new generation of office properties.

From spacious work lofts to small offices, Design Offices Mediapark offers a wide range of room solutions. Individual areas can be used as modules or customised for events. The interior design underlines this variable character: loosely grouped workplaces and homely seating arrangements allow focused individual work and teamwork or informal exchange. Furthermore, pleasant colours, lounge furniture and accessories such as cushions or plants contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. The inner courtyard with a large wooden stage and the rooftop lounge on the sixth floor are available for events. Here a large terrace invites networking with a view over the cathedral city.
