The Design Offices Dominium are located in the centre of Cologne. brandherm + krumrey designed the office premises as an inspiring working environment. Within walking distance of the cathedral, the facility offers flexible workplaces — from coworking space and offices for small teams to large project areas and modern conference rooms.

The building ensemble in the heart of the city provides over 9,000 square meters of work space on nine floors. The name of the Design Offices determined the motto for the interior design. Throughout the building, high-quality office furniture and a sophisticated lighting and acoustics concept create a working atmosphere that is as inviting as it is pleasant. The ambience is relaxed with individual lounge zones or terraced seating areas, which are available for breaks or informal networking. The green inner courtyard and various roof terraces complete the New Work feeling. For special occasions, the conference area on the ground floor can also be transformed into an impressive event area.
