We are delighted that our project for the TWT Digital Group has been recognised in the Best Workspaces 2022 award. This award is the first international architecture prize for intelligent working environments and office buildings. With a renowned expert jury, the competition aimed to find the 50 best projects last year. In addition to the winning project, five honourable mentions have now been chosen from the submissions – including our headquarters for the TWT Digital Group in Düsseldorf. The headquarters, which was open in 2020, is located in an 1990s building owned by Art-Invest Real Estate and revitalised by ABW Architekten.
As a member of the jury, Professor Christine Kohlert, an international expert in the field of New World of Work and Learning, particularly emphasises the welcoming atmosphere: “From the moment you enter the new TWT Digital Group headquarters, everyone, regardless of whether you are an employee or a visitor, is greeted warmly and made welcome.” The creative design of the office environment is also highlighted. “Spread over three floors, the spaces have been completely revitalised with great variety, openness and flexibility, alongside a subtle colour scheme comprising earthy shades.” A compendium featuring all the selected projects has been published by Callwey Verlag to accompany the Best Workspaces 2022 award. From the end of April, the projects will be exhibited at the Architekturgalerie München.
